Agreement secured through channel partner Amwell significantly expands Dario's reach through its channel distribution strategy
Program for Dario's cardiometabolic suite and provider-backed care expected to launch with the customer and begin generating revenue in the first quarter of 2027
Marks the third large state health plan signed through Amwell in the past 12 months, following contracts in Arizona and Florida
NEW YORK, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- DarioHealth Corp. (NASDAQ: DRIO) (the "Company", "DarioHealth" or "Dario"), a leading AI-powered healthcare technology company transforming the management of chronic conditions, today announced a new contract with a leading health plan in New Jersey, one of the largest in the state representing approximately 1.5 million covered lives. The agreement was secured through Dario's strategic channel partnership with Amwell and is expected to launch and begin generating revenue in the first quarter of 2027.
The new agreement represents a significant expansion of Dario's reach into large health plan populations and further demonstrates the scalability of the Company's channel distribution strategy. As an administrative services only ("ASO") health plan, the customer provides Dario with the opportunity to access a large population of self-funded employer groups that will be able to deploy Dario's cardiometabolic solutions.
"This is exactly the type of scale we envisioned when we built our channel strategy," said Erez Raphael, Chief Executive Officer of Dario. "A single agreement gives Dario the opportunity to reach one and a half million covered lives through one of New Jersey's largest health plans, while our multi-condition platform and provider-backed care capabilities create opportunities to deliver even greater value within each employer customer relationship. Combined with DarioIQ's ability to personalize engagement at scale, this agreement brings together several growth drivers and demonstrates the compounding potential of the platform we have built."
The agreement further expands Dario's relationship with Amwell as a scalable distribution channel and stands in addition to previously secured contracts with major health insurers in Arizona and Florida. The addition of approximately 1.5 million covered lives through the New Jersey plan demonstrates the potential for channel partners to connect Dario with large payer populations while reducing reliance on a traditional direct-sales model.
Dario's integrated platform enables health plans and employers to address multiple chronic conditions through a single solution spanning diabetes, hypertension, weight management, musculoskeletal and behavioral health needs. Dario has also expanded its platform to include provider-backed clinical care, extending its capabilities from continuous digital engagement and chronic condition management through provider-led care.
